Hanmer Springs golf course is open all year and offers 18 holes worth of spectacular scenery along it's easy walking, beautifully manicured fairways.

In the winter, Hanmer Springs is a haven for winter sport enthusiasts. The ski fields offer beginner to expert runs, tuition, accommodation, skiing, snowboarding, heliboarding. There is also an ice-skating rink down in the village. There is nothing like unwinding and relaxing in one of the hot pools after an exhilarating day on the piste.

Hanmer Springs village has a real holiday atmosphere, with its numerous cafes, bar, restaurants and small shops. The region even has its fair share of wineries.
